This notice explains the current handling of enquiries and website-use information on precisionsmith.com. Confidential drawing requirements and any project NDA should be discussed before files are sent.
Who to contact
This website is the enquiry channel for Huasheng Precision (Dongguan Huasheng Precision Technology Co., Ltd.). Contact [email protected] about information you have submitted or privacy questions. Our Dongguan factory address is No. 3 Hongshan Road, Daning Community, Humen Town, Dongguan, China. The separate Hong Kong contact office is not identified as the location where all website data is stored.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form requires a name, email address and request description. Other business details, part specifications and attachments are optional. We receive the information and files you submit, together with the submission time, language, source-page information and technical connection/browser information. Please send only information needed for the request and avoid unrelated personal information.
Why we use enquiry information
We use it to respond, review manufacturing requirements, prepare quotations, maintain correspondence and handle any resulting order and inspection or delivery requirements. Source and session information may be associated with an enquiry to understand which website pages lead to requests. Website submission does not by itself sign a separate manufacturing or confidentiality contract.
Storage, email and service providers
The submitted enquiry and attachments are stored by the website enquiry system. They are also forwarded to our sales Gmail inbox for follow-up, so they are processed by website hosting and email services. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security services; some pages request fonts from Google Fonts. Those services can receive network information such as IP addresses as part of delivering their functions. Processing may take place in more than one country. We do not represent this standard route as a dedicated data-residency service.
Project sharing and public display
If partner processing is needed, the information to be shared and the applicable confidentiality requirements should be agreed before that disclosure. Customer drawings, identifiable parts and project information are not permission for public marketing. Disclosure required by applicable law or a competent authority is handled subject to those requirements.
Website measurement
Our first-party measurement records page paths, broad referral categories, language, a country code when available, a random session identifier, viewport-size category, reading-time estimates, scroll thresholds and contact or download interactions. The event collector does not include the text you type into the form, your email address or uploaded filenames. Enquiry records are separate and do contain the details you submit; session information can connect an enquiry to its website journey. Reading-time estimates do not prove attention.
Cookies, browser storage and choices
Language selection can store a preference in local storage and a pref_lang cookie lasting up to one year. Session storage holds the measurement session identifier and broad entry information. Our browser engagement collector is disabled when it detects Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. This does not disable essential enquiry processing, all server/security logs or the contact-link request used for email attribution. You can clear browser storage and cookies or use email instead of the enquiry form.
Retention and deletion requests
Website engagement events are configured for cleanup after 180 days. Original enquiries and attachments are retained separately for follow-up and order records; they do not currently have an automatic 180-day deletion rule. Email us to request review, correction or deletion of information you sent. We will verify the request as needed and explain what can be handled, including any records that must be retained and backup limitations. Any project-specific retention period should be agreed before submission.
Security and special handling requirements
The public site uses HTTPS, and enquiry administration requires authentication. These measures do not establish compliance with every customer’s security standard. If you require a dedicated file channel, restricted storage location or another special control, discuss it before sending sensitive files. Applicable privacy rights depend on your circumstances and the relevant law; this notice does not limit them.
Changes to this notice
We update this page when the described website handling changes. For questions about a previous enquiry, provide your enquiry reference or the date and contact email used; do not send extra confidential files solely to verify your identity.
